Showroomprivé Brings its Development and Employees Together with a Free Shares Program for Employees with one Year of Service

At a meeting on the 10th of December 2015 organised by EY and France Digitale on the subject of employee shareholding, Thierry Petit, co-founder and co-director of Showroomprivé, reaffirmed the importance of frameworks for employee involvement and loyalty in the business.

As part of its stock market listing in October 2015, Showroomprivé has opened up its capital to employees through a free shares program, and a 20% reduction offer for employees.

492 employees with more than 1 years of service have taken part in the free shares program offered by the business, thus more than 75% of staff on permanent contracts. This significant percentage demonstrates the business' ambition to involve all of its employees in the future of

Moreover, 131 of the business' employees, thus 20% of eligible staff, have signed up to the employee offer and taken more than 20,000 shares. This program has been hugely successful with its young workforce and shows their confidence in the future of Showroomprivé.
